Job Description

  • Monitor orders and requests from social media platforms, Website and store
  • Plan monthly posts, schedule and boost them
  • Filter the page's fans biweekly
  • Update descriptions and prices on website, Facebook, Etsy, Pinterest and software system
  • Represent the brand at exhibitions / events when needed
  • Answer the company hot-line
  • Help in creative work (create digital graphic artwork, coordinating photo-shoots, conduct market research, create brochures, etc)
  • Visiting outlets to make sure products are well displayed
  • Receive orders from social media platforms and store, passing detailed orders to production
  • Receive orders from production and coordinate delivery to clients, shop and outlets and guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Visiting and checking the store in Mall of Egypt to handle any customer issues or sales representatives concerns.
  • Exploring different market and channels to extend the brand locally and Internationally

Job Conditions:

  • Working days: 3 - 4 days per week depends on work load
  • Office location: Works from anywhere but once a week meeting is required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors’ in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent command of English and Arabic
  • Photoshop and Illustrator experience
  • Marketing experience
  • Experience with customer service, creative thinking and problem-solving
  • Proven experience implementing social media campaigns
  • Professional, courteous, and friendly
  • Photography experience is a plus
  • Hard-working, dedicated and persistent
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multi-task
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Customer service driven with excellent listening skills
  • Strong follow up skills, a problem solver, able to meet deadlines
  • Able to take decisions and work independently to meet objectives and keep noise away from management.
