Job Description
- Ensure that the network (LAN, WAN , Security, and data center are function smoothly
- Check regularly latest patches and upgrades.
- Continuous monitoring in order to discover and detect any threats early
- Manage all equipment’s devices
- Performing the regular backup for all network devices
- Troubleshoot and solve any problem could happen in any equipment
- Give 1st level support and Open tickets,
- Making any configuration required for all the equipment (HP Switches, router , , FW , IPS , ,servers, storage ,….etc)
- Deliver monthly report show the statistics of every system and problem happen.
- The RE will work as per Law Enforcement working hours (from 8 AM till 5 PM/6day)
Job Requirements
- Must be resident in Alexandria.
- CCNA Certified is must.
- CCNP certified is preferred.
- From 2-4 years of experience.
- Very good Communication & English Skills.
