Job Description
- Assist in Division Process quality management tasks (Revision, enhancement and
- monitor)
- Assist with the preparation of a variety of internal and external reports.
- Follow-up RF's , PCCs and department interaction with other departments.
- Take the ownership of coordination between all parties to meet company vendor
- Other secretary tasks (e.g., fax, memos, time schedule meeting… ext.).
- Perform all other agreed upon duties and assignments as directed by management
- Develop relations with colleagues as a member of the team to achieves the company objectives.
- Manage logistics & administration team.
- Keep direct manager informed of any problems, which may affect our operation.
- Use available facilities like e-mail, Internet and call dispatch for communication.
- Maintain a decent behavior, a business like conduct and good appearance
Job Requirements
- Degree in the fields of computer science, accounting, finance or business management.
- Advanced Excel or Database, Project Management, Planning, Negotiation
- 3 to 5 years in similar post.
- Strong Numerical, analytical .
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Excellence English skills.
