About the Job

Assist in Division Process quality management tasks (Revision, enhancement and
monitor)
Assist with the preparation of a variety of internal and external reports.
Follow-up RF's , PCCs and department interaction with other departments.
Take the ownership of coordination between all parties to meet company vendor
Other secretary tasks (e.g., fax, memos, time schedule meeting… ext.).
Perform all other agreed upon duties and assignments as directed by management
Develop relations with colleagues as a member of the team to achieves the company objectives.
Manage logistics & administration team.
Keep direct manager informed of any problems, which may affect our operation.
Use available facilities like e-mail, Internet and call dispatch for communication.
Maintain a decent behavior, a business like conduct and good appearance

Job Roles: Administration IT/Software Development Operations/Management

Job Requirements

Degree in the fields of computer science, accounting, finance or business management.
Advanced Excel or Database, Project Management, Planning, Negotiation
3 to 5 years in similar post.
Strong Numerical, analytical .
Excellent communication & presentation skills.
Excellence English skills.
