Job Description
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for Medical positions.
- Preparing the yearly manpower plan.
- Receiving hiring requests & comparing it to manpower plan.
- Making calibration with managers to determine the required criteria.
- Advertising & posting the required vacancies through several channels.
- Developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and recommend new sources for recruiting candidates.
- Build networks to find qualified Medical candidates.
- Going through the interviewing & selection process (screening, filtering, conducting 1st & 2nd interviews….etc.)
- Responsible for Medical salary scale of Employees.
- Maintains Medical staff job results by counseling and Support employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains Medical staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
- Monitor and maintain employment records such as rehiring, transfers and promotions.
- Represent the company in all HR events (i.e. Employment Fairs, Career Conference...etc.).
