Job Description
- Inspect VoIP problems using in-depth analysis with network sniffing tools(LINUX Worker)
- Designing, implementing, configuring and supporting VoIP systems and products.
- Debug and fix SIP problems related to CLI or cross vendors integration problems.
- Performs and manages large voice systems design upgrades, hardware and software reconfiguration.
- Participate in the research, analysis, design, testing and implementation of large and complex voice systems.Enhancing the current solutions by extreme testing and tweak them to provide better performance and high end-user usability.Providing Level-2 support and troubleshooting for VoIP products (PBXs, SIP Proxies, SBC, Radius, Asterisk, Call Centers and Soft Switches)
Job Requirements
- CCVP or CCNP Voice Certification is highly desired.
- 3+ years of extensive experience in VoIP systems engineering.
- Solid SIP protocol understanding.
- Very good understanding For Asterisk
- Very good experience in Linux Operating Systems.
- Professional Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
- Ability to operate in high pressure environment and successfully handle multiple priorities.
- 24/7 availability for handling critical incidents or calls.
- Must have excellent documentation and reporting skills.
- Positive, Helpful and Hard Worker.
