Job Description
- Responsible for the whole recruitment procedure cycle.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, etc.
- Evaluate recruitment or selection criteria to ensure conformance to professional, statistical, or recommending revisions, as needed.
- Coordinate personnel activities as needed.
- Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.
- The candidate will be responsible for managing the company's human resources efficiently including their compensations and benefits, their career development plans, and the staff annual appraisals.
- The candidate will also be responsible for measuring the employees’ satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist
- Excellent computer skills
- Very good command of English
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
- HR diploma or certificate is a plus
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High problem-solving abilities
