Job Description

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Ensure the reception area and meeting rooms are tidy and presentable.
  • Answer and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception and the company with all necessary stationery (pens, papers, block note etc.) and keep inventory of stock.
  • Perform other administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, transcribing and faxing.
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

  • Good in English , speaking  and writing
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional attitude and appearance
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills
  • Living in New Cairo and nearby areas' residents is preferable
