The Operations Manager will be the responsible person for managing the whole operations of the company on a daily basis. He will be reporting directly to the vice president.
Our operations manger will be dealing with purchasing managers, technical directors, hr directors, project managers and in some cases the CEO’s of multinational and international companies in Egypt.
In addition, the operations manager should constantly follow-up with the clients and work on their feedback to make sure that all their expectations are not just met, but exceeded.
Plan and direct the function of administrations and planning of the food and beverage in the company to meet the daily needs of operation
Develop and implement and monitor the schedule for all company locations
Implement effective control of food beverage and labor costs
Manage Cost to reflect operating forecast and budget
Preparing monthly forecast and department budgets
Managing all activities related to the catering operations
Moreover, the operations manager must plan and direct the function of administrations and planning of the food and beverage in the company to meet the daily needs of operation, putting into consideration the cost and the overall budget that is assigned to him/her.
Furthermore, he has to make sure that every employee in every site would follow the hygiene and quality and safety procedures of the company.

University or College degree is a must (Tourism & Hospitality schools can be considered as well)
He has to be presentable and well spoken
15+ years of experience and proven skills in the F&B industry as well as management experiences, sales and services background required
Excellent Customer Handling Skills are extremely important
