Job Description
- Responsible for administration of project contracts (Evaluation, negotiation, execution and follow-up) whether standard forms or ad-hoc ,
- Ability to drafting contractual coherent correspondence, Notice and/or narratives for claims .
- Follow up and maintain the contractual records and correspondences in the project ,
- Prepare and review the claims/ counter-claims in connection with the projects,
- Ensure high quality for documentations has been developed to support the Company position.
- Issue Weekly Contractual report includes points of concern and detailed contractual monthly reports.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Professional Courses in Contracts administration and construction law will be a plus.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of Experience
Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English (Fluent French is a plus).
- Computer literate.
- Familiar with FIDIC contract forms.
