Job Description
- Receiving customer inquiries regarding prices, availability, orders status, pending deliveries
- Identifying new titles, customers on the system
- Releasing of samples requests and follow up its delivery to sales team , coordinating the delivery other companies
- Handling orders for ILB branches
- Placing the orders for the publishers including British Council orders
- Follow up receipt of the order with local suppliers
- Matching suppliers’ invoices on the system
- Updating prices based on the invoices received from suppliers or price quotes received from concerned publishers or local suppliers
- Ensure that editions required are clear and ISBN matches the listed titles
- Recording delivery date required and ensure that invoices are issued at the appropriate time.
- Completing information on order (order reference- account)
- Recording any data change (discount- telephone etc..)
- Preparing the sales orders and follow up its release with the warehouse and accounts
- Correspondence with customers regarding titles’ status and orders’ status.
- Adding new customers and titles on the system, with category, subject, etc updating prices
- Preparing report of annual sales and stock to plan the budget
Job Requirements
- Good command of Excel & Word
- Excellent command of English
- Bc. degree is a must
