Job Description
- Acting As Project Manager (Managing overall project scope and ensure staffing assumption adhere to budget).
- Work with management to improve prospecting, reporting, and proposal development tactics.
- Participate in strategy development.
- Execution of ongoing communication with clients.
- Planning and executing social media, search, and display advertising campaigns, including campaign setup, monitoring, reporting, analysis, optimization, budgeting, keyword and demographic research and targeting.
- Organizing all company's events.
- Working together with all departments to develop projects and meet deadlines
- Providing insight for design of online ads, landing pages, and ad messaging.
- Providing actionable customer feedback to launch our new product and enter a new phase of growth.
- Analyzes campaign performance metrics and conversion metrics to monitor and improve performance.
- Google Ad-words and Facebook Advertising campaign development and management (PPC, content network, related media such as YouTube, etc.)
- Participates in company brainstorming sessions to identify new messaging, creative, and strategic opportunities for clients.
- Other assigned tasks as required.
Job Requirements
- High University Degree with post graduate degree in Marketing.
- Experience 4-6 years in E-Marketing and Advertising.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (esp. Word and Excel).
- Motivated, creative, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Excellent Leadership Ability.
- Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
