Job Description
- Deliver excellent customer service to visitors, at all times to secure company image.
- Booking air tickets and organize traveling plans.
- Assist in keeping the reception area clean and tidy, at all times to secure company image.
- Deals with all inquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail during daily tasks to insure deliver excellent travel coordinator service.
- Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy when needed to provide excellent service.
- Keep up to date with current promotions and hotel pricing, to provide information to visitors, on request, Support cost saving plans.
- Fulfill all reasonable requests from visitors to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safety when needed to provide excellent service.
- Conduct regular checks throughout the day and report any issues to line manager to insure meet requirements.
- Be responsible for evacuation, in cases of emergency, acting as first point of contact for visitors and the emergency services for safety issues when needed.
- Assure the payment of provider invoices set by company policy & write a report weekly to monitor.
- Carry out instructions given by the management team and head office when needed to achieve the plans.

- Excellent in English language written & spoken.
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills.
