Masrygo Seeks Good Calibers to join our startup in Egypt as a motivated and enthusiastic Digital Marketing & Social Media Specialist considerable graphic design skills to join our fast growing team.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Manage Social Media Experts , Marketeers and graphic designers.
- Create , Executes , lead , and manage Marketing Plans.
- Manage Social Media marketing campaigns and day-to-day activities.
- Art Director for Designers Creative Artwork for any campaigns.
- Create and manage Facebook , Twitter campaigns , Adwords.
- Monitor, listen and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Monitor trends in Digital & Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
- Helping our clients to find a technological solution to reach its business targets relying on creative and intelligent Digital Solutions.

Job Requirements
Education:
- BS/MS degree in Applied Arts, Fine Arts, Business Information, Computer Sciences, Engineering.
- Fluency in English is a must.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Digital Marketing Experience 2+.
- Able to Create and Judge Campaign Ideas and Creative Artwork.
- Excellent analytical and research skills and the ability to process information.
- Extraordinary attention to details.
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a plus.
- Excellent oral and written communications skills.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms, their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Google+, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Linkedin etc.) and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Good Knowledge of principles of SEO including keyword research.
- Experience with leveraging social media management and analytics tools, including, but not limited to HootSuite, Visible Technologies, Radian 6 and Crimson Hexagon
- Excellent relationship management skills and ability to work and manage a team and on own initiative.
- Better to have laptop.
