About the Job
  • Arrange external tours and suggest interesting travel routes or places of interest to the clients
  • Arranging Fixed Outbound Packages
  • Handle day to day tour operation.
  • Responsible for negotiation & comparison of rates from hotels & transporters at various destinations worldwide. .
  • Standby on call 24/7 for handling the sudden circumstances of clients.
  • Manage relation with suppliers.
  • Managing hotel inventory, hotel reservations and hotel contracting.
  • Follow up payments to vendors and accounting.

Job Requirements
  • Experience from 4-7 years in similar position
  • Experience on Tour Operator / Holiday Backup
  • Excellent on Microsoft office including (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent knowledge of traveling software (computer reservations systems, GDS systems and e-travel).
  • Able to understand complex fare computations and itineraries work flow and processes
  • Knowledge of B2C, B2B.
  • Excellent knowledge of BSP reports and public errors, ADM,ACM,MCO, …etc.
  • To communicate effectively, both written and verbally and have excellent listening and negotiating skills
