Masrygo Seeks Good Calibers to join our startup in Egypt as Customer Support.

About the job:

  • Masrygo Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling the customers’ inquiries, requests and complaints.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with customers from Egypt.
  • Responding to customers’ inquiries in a friendly, professional and supportive way. ( Arabic - English ).
  • Handling the customers’ problems and complaints.
  • Reporting problems and customer’s concerns to the direct manager with number of occurrences.

  • Bachelor degree.
  • More than 1 year of working experience in a related field (Fresh graduates with equivalent talents are also welcomed to apply).
  • Very Good command of English and Arabic ( Writing ).
  • Very High Typing Speed on Computers ( En - AR ).
  • English Speaking is a PLUS.
  • Good communication and problem solving skills.
  • Multitasking self Managed person.
