Masrygo Seeks Good Calibers to join our startup in Egypt as Customer Support.
About the job:
- Masrygo Customer Support Specialist is responsible for handling the customers’ inquiries, requests and complaints.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Dealing with customers from Egypt.
- Responding to customers’ inquiries in a friendly, professional and supportive way. ( Arabic - English ).
- Handling the customers’ problems and complaints.
- Reporting problems and customer’s concerns to the direct manager with number of occurrences.

- Bachelor degree.
- More than 1 year of working experience in a related field (Fresh graduates with equivalent talents are also welcomed to apply).
- Very Good command of English and Arabic ( Writing ).
- Very High Typing Speed on Computers ( En - AR ).
- English Speaking is a PLUS.
- Good communication and problem solving skills.
- Multitasking self Managed person.
