Job Description
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Moderate all user-generated content in line with the moderation policy for each community
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions
- Manage and moderate the social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels.
- Explore new ways to engage and identify new social media to reach target audience.
- Drive consistent, relevant traffic and leads from social media presence.
- Participate in social media strategy creation process and engage in generating its creative ideas.
- Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.
Job Requirements
- Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Social media/Marketing knowledge.
- Strong knowledge of computer and word processing applications
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously
- Assertive with a "can do" attitude and able to work independently as well as be a team player
- Fluency in English
- 0 to 2 years’ experience
- Degree in or pursuing a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or Liberal Arts
