Job Description
- Develop and implement specific marketing and sales plans consistent with the growth and profitability objectives.
- Research, test, and launch innovative strategies and plans to identify new opportunities for marketing, sales, business and products to expand business.
- Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods.
- Making appointments to meet new and existing customers
- Provide market and competitive intelligence for field sales through market research, trend analysis, methodologies and other data mining resources.
- Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets and supervise the development and management of internal operating budgets.
- Recruiting, developing, and challenging a technically motivated team, a loyal team that can achieve results and grow into an additional responsibility and leadership in the organization.
- Develops and meets budgeted financial targets.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in business administration or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Sales preferably Knowledge in the Manufacturing Concrete field.
- Perfect command of the English language (spoken and written)
- Experience in using windows applications including but not limited to: Excel, Word, Power
- High Communication Skills.
- Punctual and responsible.
- Presentable
- Strong interpersonal skills

- Marketing Management - Has advanced knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, management and global marketing.
- Sales Management – Strong experience in meeting and exceeding targets and coming up with new sales strategies and incentives
- Developing & Implementing Marketing Strategy – has extensive experience and proven success in analyzing market opportunities, market segmentation and market positioning. Proven ability to identify market trends and translate them into product initiatives.
