Job Description

  • Develop and implement specific marketing and sales plans consistent with the growth and profitability objectives.
  • Research, test, and launch innovative strategies and plans to identify new opportunities for marketing, sales, business and products to expand business.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing methods.
  • Making appointments to meet new and existing customers
  • Provide market and competitive intelligence for field sales through market research, trend analysis, methodologies and other data mining resources.
  • Develop and manage marketing and sales budgets and supervise the development and management of internal operating budgets.
  • Recruiting, developing, and challenging a technically motivated team, a loyal team that can achieve results and grow into an additional responsibility and leadership in the organization.
  • Develops and meets budgeted financial targets.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Requirements

  • BS degree in business administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales preferably Knowledge in the Manufacturing Concrete field.
  • Perfect command of the English language (spoken and written)
  • Experience in using windows applications including but not limited to: Excel, Word, Power
  • High Communication Skills.
  • Punctual and responsible.
  • Presentable
  • Strong interpersonal skills

Skills:

  • Marketing Management - Has advanced knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies, management and global marketing.
  • Sales Management – Strong experience in meeting and exceeding targets and coming up with new sales strategies and incentives
  • Developing & Implementing Marketing Strategy – has extensive experience and proven success in analyzing market opportunities, market segmentation and market positioning. Proven ability to identify market trends and translate them into product initiatives.
