Job Description
- Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; scheduling orientation drive-alongs with senior representatives.
- Develops individual results by maintaining policy and procedure resources; providing coaching; conducting training sessions; developing outcome improvement resources.
- Improves training effectiveness by developing new approaches and techniques; making support readily available; integrating support with routine job functions.
- Accomplishes sales training and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
- An ability to manage the full training cycle
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Understanding of sales process, preferably with sales experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and team management skills
- BSc degree in relevant field
- Additional certification in training
