Operations Executive

Main Duties:

• Processing orders by checking products location and optimizing the delivery process
• Contacting customers to confirm on them orders
• Creating shipments for courier service provider with accurate data
• Updating CRM with all orders details and statuses
• Following up with stores to make sure all orders are delivered on time
• Following up with consumers to make sure orders are received and service is satisfactory
• Assisting in the process of maintaining inventory control
• Working in 2 different shifts
• Handling Installment Requests
