Job Description
- Managing the sales of engineering training and services projects.
- Develop, manage and support the sales pipeline to be able to create financial reporting, evaluate resources and relay projections to management.
- Manage Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program.
- Develop and undertake presentation and negotiations with customers and prospects.
- Serve as contact point between Technical Team and Customers.
- Develop, continuously improve the training services.
- Collect comprehensive data, that support the development of our program & services, on customers & competitors, domestic and internationally.
- Develop and manage a business plan and model, develop strategic plan and sales' strategy of Training Services and Products.
- Research, identify and develop new markets, new business opportunities, and the likely sales points to attract new customers.
- Develop corporate customer relationships and agreements to drive sustainable growth.
- Understand, develop, manage and support an international license partner sales network to drive growth.
- Maintain in-depth understanding of products and services, team technical capabilities and customer needs to make recommendations on products and services development.
- Contribute to the development of innovative new products, services based on customers' needs.
- Manage the services (Training account management, license partner management, and logistics coordination.
- Evaluate team strengths to continuously improve team effectiveness.
- Attend industry trade shows and conference to promote our products and services.
- Contribute to the creation and distribution of training and marketing material.
- Assess and advise on marketing opportunities, target markets and contribute to the development of marketing plan.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering: Mechanical Engineering (Power or Electrical), Mechatronics, Production & Design.
- MBA and/or Post Graduate Studies in Marketing will highly recommended.
- Very Good English Language.
- Very good computer skills.
- Previous experience in the same position (from 2 - 5 years)
