A plant manager is required for our factory in Baltim

The candidate will create an empowered culture to ensure that organization and its people understand the goals and objectives of the business and that they have the resources and leadership support to accomplish them.
Oversee all daily operations of the plant starting with production, quality control, R&D, maintenance and warehouse to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
will give valuable technical, administrative and operational advice to all factory personnel
Will prepare and submit annual expense and capital budgets.
Will Develop short and long range facility and equipment plans to meet projections and goals of the business.
Understands and applies TPM/Lean/Six Sigma skills and methodologies with the goal eliminating losses, building capability, and delivering results
Assures that the site is operating in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s)

At least 15 years directly related experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, including at least five years’ experience leading a major manufacturing, quality operations or supply chain function in a manufacturing plant.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills. English fluency essential
Professional computer and MS-Office skills
Professional ability to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing problems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment
Superior skills with regards to data analysis and business process analysis and design
Strong interpersonal and oral/written communication skills
Fundamental understanding and application of project management principles and skills
