Job Description
Responsibilities:
- The shop manager will report directly to the operations manager· Fully responsible of the shop
- Communicate with management all required documentations and reports, mainly to finance and community departments
- Responsible of client management inside the store
- Meet the client, understand their needs and develop relevant packages
- Send out proposals for events/meetings/rental\
- Overlooking inventory, shifts, and all internal operations
- Ensure that all internal processes are executed in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and ensure space efficiency· Contribute towards the achievement of company’s strategic and operational objectives
- Develop shop’s target in alliance with the management
- Set sales target for each shift manager
- Perform quality controls and monitor team’s KPI’s
- Recruit, train, supervise and appraise human resources
- Coordinate, manage and monitor the team
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Previous relevant experience
- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
- Strong knowledge of basic computer skills
- Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
- Open to direction and Collaborative work style and commitment to get the job done
- Working knowledge of budgets, forecasting and metrics
- Basic IT skills (databases, MS Office etc)
- Good command of English and Arabic
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
- Leadership and organizational skills
