Job Description

  • Maintaining Flow Rates through Achieving the Monthly Targets.
  • Maintaining daily targets for productivity / effectiveness for optimal performance.
  • Informs and advises clients on the benefits of making payments on due date.
  • Checks with branches the latest available data and requests to hold the due amount on clients’ accounts.
  • Raising customer service issues to supervisor and Handling it to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining System trails and updates to ensure accurate Feedbacks for delinquent cases.

Job Requirements

  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Very good command in MS office programs.
  • Very good communication, negotiation & listening skills.
  • Customer handling Technique.
  • Diplomatic, enthusiastic and has clear voice tone.
  • Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
