Job Description
- Maintaining Flow Rates through Achieving the Monthly Targets.
- Maintaining daily targets for productivity / effectiveness for optimal performance.
- Informs and advises clients on the benefits of making payments on due date.
- Checks with branches the latest available data and requests to hold the due amount on clients’ accounts.
- Raising customer service issues to supervisor and Handling it to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining System trails and updates to ensure accurate Feedbacks for delinquent cases.
Job Requirements
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Very good command in MS office programs.
- Very good communication, negotiation & listening skills.
- Customer handling Technique.
- Diplomatic, enthusiastic and has clear voice tone.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
