  • Performance Management ( working on apprasiasl for the Employees in the company ) with aligning with the team leaders.

  • Support in personnel tasks
  • Support in recruitment tasks.
  • Prepare training plan for different sectors.
  • Work on different job descriptions reformatting.
  • Work on hierarchy for the whole company.
  • Manage the process of attracting and developing and retaining the best talents for the organization
  • Preform related duties as required.
  • Special tasks can be added at any point of time according to work needs and requirements.

  • Learning & Development relevant experience
  • HR Audit
  • Career Counseling
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
