- Designing a full HR Development Programs
- Performance Management ( working on apprasiasl for the Employees in the company ) with aligning with the team leaders.
- Career Coaching
- Organization Structure/Process Design
- Support in personnel tasks
- Support in recruitment tasks.
- Prepare training plan for different sectors.
- Work on different job descriptions reformatting.
- Work on hierarchy for the whole company.
- Manage the process of attracting and developing and retaining the best talents for the organization
- Preform related duties as required.
- Special tasks can be added at any point of time according to work needs and requirements.

- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
