Job Description
Elsalon.net is Egypt's first traditional marriage platform. We are looking for a community manager to work from home in all fronts. This is a challenging position for someone with a very dynamic character who has a niche for a tech-related business and who would not shy away from dealing with complicated situations with users in a typical social network and also who would not stop proposing new ideas!
This position is initially for a 4-hour shift with a possibility to extend it to an 8-hour shift. Preference will be given to candidates who don't have a full-time job and who have a prior work experience in customer support, social media, digital marketing, ..etc, but you are welcome to apply anyway if you feel you are up to the challenge. A life coaching experience will be an excellent qualification.
Here are some of the tasks an admin should do
- Provide customer support for the users on our website and on social media.
- Do administration tasks on our website related to handling users's complaints, violations,..etc.
- Generate new ideas for improvement or test new features
- Make sure that all users have a good experience

The full time salary is 2500-3000/month. The full time shift is 8 hours/day * 6 days/week.
Job Requirements
- A University degree
- A lot of wisdom and common sense in dealing with different kinds of users and making decisions related to marriage related issues.
- Fast learning and fast typing skills
- Dynamic character and ideas generator
- Preferred experience with social media.
- The candidate should be at least 25 years old and have a personal laptop at home.
