Job Description

  • Lead team members, foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation.
  • Supervise employees who interview applicants for hourly and salaried positions.
  • Make job offers and monitor performance of new employees during probationary period of employment.
  • Evaluate selection criteria and testing techniques to ensure compliance to standards; participate in the development and implementation of revisions.
  • Develop and employ recruiting strategies that allow for quick and appropriate candidate identification.
  • Identify sources of candidates, initiate and maintain relationships with outside sources such as employment agencies, colleges and job fair sponsors.
  • Contract permanent and temporary agencies and negotiate fees when needed.
  • Ensure adherence to local regulations governing the employment process.
  • Understand assigned business unit’s objective and develop and manage recruiting policies to support this objective.
  • Prepare legally required and special reports relevant to the employment function.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Recruitment field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience running a supervisory recruiting role.
  • Fluency in English is a must / (French-German-Italian or Spanish) would be a plus.
  • Skill in providing an exceptional customer experience.
  • Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs.
  • Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices. Knowledge of PC applications.
  • Knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment. (Analysts, Managers)
  • Ability to motivate and mentor team, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development
  • Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 related experience.
  • Equivalent education or experience may be substituted for any of the above.
