Job Description
Job Purpose:
- We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager who will partner with our clients and ensure their long-term success.
- This role is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying business opportunities and retaining customers.
You Will Do:
- Establish productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
- Handle all correspondences with clients and advise on solution best practices.
- Responsible for the on-boarding process and dashboard training.
- Prepare reports on account status and track key account metrics.
- Coordinate and report technical issues and providing support on new features.
- This position will be mainly responsible for providing client services and not making sales deals.
Job Requirements
- 5+ experience in an IT/SaaS companies, working with big enterprises is a plus.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to fast learn and shine in a team.
- Fluency in English is a must (written and verbal).
