Job Description
- Responsible for the admin work in cooperation with the Managing Director.
- Responsible for the office supplies (cleaning tools, kitchen supplies & stationary).
- Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
- Follow up the office boys’ work.
- Fill the Performance Appraisal from for the office boys.
- Handle travelling file for the team (tickets, hotels & visa).
- Greats the walk-ins customers and direct them to the different departments.
- Receive phone calls and help the client with their inquiries and deal with correspondence and complaints.
- Help in some HR admin work (when needed).
- Organize and attend meetings with top management.
- Attend the meetings and take notes and send the notes to the targeted departments via mail.
- Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems.
- Organize office operations and procedures
- Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers.
- Organize the office layout.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in Administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point).
- Excellent Command of English language skills.
