Job Description
- Conduct demos/proof of concept setups to convince the customer with the product to make the customer issue the PO
- Implement installation process
- Responsible for providing support service (after sales service) for customers who has active contracts
- Gain educational levels to enable trouble shoot skills in order to handle advanced scenarios.
- Develop low level design & as built manual to document installation activities & provide it to customer.
- Troubleshoot product deficiencies with vendor (Technical Assistance Center) through set of SLAs to resolve customer complain
- Report Lab /POC/installation activities visits internally/externally,( Quality Assurance)
- Conduct technical/hands on training to customers
- Sustain migration from legacy to new system without business interruption.
Job Requirements
- CCNA certificate.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following vendors/technologies:
- F5 load balancing /authentication.
- Infoblox DNS/DHCP
- Bluecoat Web Proxy.
- Riverbed NPM.
- Knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
- Load Balancing.
- Reverse proxies.
- Firewall / VPN.
- Application security and optimization.
- DDOS Protection and mitigation.
