Job Description
- Plan project activities assigned by the Project Manager
- Identifies and analyzes project activities requirements and defines activity’s scope and deliverable.
- Track activities in terms of time, resources, quality
- Review project documentation and acceptance documents
- Maintain the project archive & update it on frequently basis
- Evaluate subcontractors performance and gives recommendations to PMO
- Assist the project manager in developing the project plan, acquiring resources and guiding the project team
- Track the stock of materials/ Hardware needed to deliver project activities.
- Participate in preparing the acceptance documents & purchase requests
Job Requirements
- Knowledge of Project management
- Knowledge of resources management and scheduling techniques
- High level knowledge of IT/Telecom technologies
- 4 years total experience as a field engineer or project coordinator.
- Leading field engineers and subcontractors
- Solving onsite problems
- Performs a variety of tasks under tight timelines
- Have very good reporting skills
- Support project management office and document all project-related assignments, issues and risks.
- Improve project administration processes by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
