About the Job

Main Duties:

  • Greet clients and visitors and ensure that all reception staff maintains the desired level of client service.
  • Ensure that records of the arrival of clients and the issue of passes are completed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Thorough knowledge of the computerized system is required to ensure correct procedures are always followed.
  • Conducts orientation training and in-service training to explain policies, work procedures.
  • Ensure that service levels are maintained to the highest degree and particular attention is paid to client care to ensure that all visitors receive the highest quality of service and attention.
  • Assist with the appropriate recruitment and selection procedure for reception staff.
  • Ensure all Practice Protocols are understood and adhered to.
  • Monitor staff attendance, sickness absence and annual leave.
  • Responsible for monthly schedule between the staff.

  • Bachelor's degree
