Job Description
- Responsible for the Quality and Food Safety according to Farm System Manual.
- Conduct Development of testing and monitoring methods.
- Executing the periodical check and tests on finished products.
- Determine the efficiency of the farm productivity and how to handle crisis
- Working on raw materials Examination and analyze the results on regular basis.
- Conduct quality control checks on random samples of the product to ensure quality standards and customer specifications are being met.
- Directs quality control personnel activities to ensure continuous control over material and product.
- Oversee all quality aspects within the packing facility; from post-harvest through shipping, while deploying correction action processes when non-conformance occurred.
- Execute the tests and follow up the checkup series according to the protocol approved before.
- Investigate and report of negative test results.
- Inspect, monitor and document packaged product weight, packaging quality, label accuracy, and case quantity to ensure the final product meets our quality standards and customer specifications
- Identify and determine problems for all crops with affect quality or productivity.
- Create management policies, procedures and systems to achieve international standards of different crops and farms through Timing, auditing, internal inspection and internal requirements, then report should be submit to the sales manager.
- Responsible for internal and external product testing.
- Responsible for maintaining current records of all QA data that includes product specifications, current components and vendor qualifications as well as MSDS data.
- Responsible for developing the budgeting plan for the quality assurance and control.
- Achieving standard transportation for different crops through internal inspections and submitting a report to the manager.
- Reviewing records, forms and approving documents of inspections with quality certification.
- Operate all works assigned to related to agricultural work inside and outside the farm
- Maintain and keep references of crop insecticide lists with pest management.
- Review material requests of crop protection to ensure that the materials being purchased comply with local and international legislation.
- Ensure the implementation of all agricultural operations programs in a timely manner and according to the required efficiency schedule and with desired quality.
- Ensuring the quality of all methods of protecting the operations of irrigation, fertilization and agricultural crops.
Job Requirements
- 10+ of Experience in crops Agricultural QA.
- Full Knowledge with GLOBAL G.A.P standards.
- Familiar with post harvesting process.
- Familiar with HACCP and Risk Assessment.
- Must have Scientific Background.
- Aware and have the tools of Inspection Skills.
- Graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture, Science.
