Job Description
- Assist team manager in managerial sub-tasks (e.g.: Performance reports preparation, service status reporting, …etc.).
- Back-up team manager in managerial tasks when absent.
- Handles relationship between the team and other internal teams.
- Manage data and system integration of POS functions between TWO and other systems.
- Manage and comply with PCI-DSS and schemes requirements/specifications.
- POS switch and Value Added services implementation and Delivery.
- Analyze, validate and apply clients’ parameter changes on POS services.
- Analyze and validate Scheme and vendor regular changes and mandates.
- Insure compliance with schemes’ mandates.
- Manage and analyzing new POS features and services.
- Supervise POS specialists and act as 2nd level support.
- Perform setup and service parameters of POS acquirers on authorization switch system.
- Provide support and consultancy to POS teams (OPS, AFU and Testing) during certification projects, new features implementation, UAT and pilot phases.
- POS Acquiring Questionnaire validation and maintenance.
- Requests modifications, developments and enhancements of POS services on all systems.
- Test and validate the integration of POS services between TWO and other systems.
- Provide support to internal departments and clients for errors related to system setup and integration.
- Manage authorization switch and value-added service application upgrades.
- Answer Client Banks’ inquiries related to POS functions/services.
- Assisting and preparing technical proposals for POS/merchant acquiring solutions.
- Building and maintaining procedures of acquiring host support and value-added services maintenance.
- Support internal departments’ inquiries concerning POS services and value-added services.
- Managing the external communication with system vendors regarding POS new features and bugs.
- Maintaining and setting up documentation and control procedures related to POS systems integration.
- Providing regular reporting, analysis and performance of POS services and POS specialists performance.
Job Requirements
Min Education level accepted
- Bachelor of Computer Science and information is preferred (or equivalent).
Min Years and type of Experience accepted
- 4+Years of experience in POS acquiring business.
