Job Description
Acuanix, willing to hire 2 high-skilled calibers who can successfully fit below qualifications, to be committed for below responsibilities, and act as good team players within our work environment, these positions will be on both levels “Senior” and “Associate or Mid-Senior”,
- Provides high-level technical expertise in support of pre-sales activities in the assigned market.
- Assists in the analysis, design, and development of fully integrated technology solutions.
- Technical emphasis is on hardware capabilities, software requirements, and systems integration.
- Makes technical and sales presentations to customer's technical staff and senior management.
- Understands Data Protection competitive technology and business applications within the assigned market. May assist in the development of responses to customer requests and proposals as required.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years as Backup administrator in a Storage Area Network (SAN) environment
- Enterprise systems engineering/presales experience
- Familiar with NetBackup software and Appliances preferred.
- A self-motivated leader, highly energetic, with a strong hands-on, “can do” approach.
- Deep expertise in any backup and recovery solutions (Netbackup, Veeam, Rubrik, Avamar, Data Domain, RecoverPoint, Networker, Veritas, etc) including knowledge of next-generation storage architectures: SAN, NAS, or iSCSI.
- Disaster Recovery Planning, Testing, and Execution
- Solid understanding of Microsoft infrastructure, virtualization, and storage technology.
- Demonstrated strong written, oral, and presentation skills with the ability to discuss highly technical concepts to a variety of audiences, including executive-level technical decision-makers.
- System implementation and Administration Skills (both Red Hat Linux and Windows with emphasis on Linux skills)
- Knowledgeable of Oracle, SAP, SQL, Exchange, and other Microsoft solutions backups
- Problem solver with troubleshooting, decision making, and analytical skills
- Able to work and interact with others in a structured / team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle competing work demands
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to communicate to non-technical audiences on technical issues.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate on a technical level to technical audiences.
- Ability to do limited travel outside Egypt.
