Job Description
- About the Job: Option Travel, is one of Egypt’s largest tourism and transportation service
- providers, covering all market demands for both leisure and business activities. Option Travel
- has been setting the standards for corporate transportation solutions over the past 12 years and
- currently operates a fleet of 500 vehicles transferring more than 5,000 employees on a daily
- basis. We're hiring a business planning analyst.
- Responsibilities:
- Build and own a detailed 5-10 yr business plan (financial model) and rolling forecasts for the
- company in line with the company’s strategic direction incl. P&L, BS analyses and supported by the historical performance and company budget
- Build and update a monthly cash flow for the company, highlighting the cash position of the company, its CAPEX needs, its debt service requirements and its additional funds needed to achieve the set budget and business plan
- Provides support to the annual budgeting exercise led by the company’s CFO including variance analysis and sensitivity testing.
- Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting & analysis of the results of the company performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results to facilitate decision-making toward the achievement of the budget and business plan.
- Provide decision support to senior management through developing various financial models and data-driven analysis
- Analyze the trends of Key Performance Indicators (KPI), especially relating to financial metrics such as revenue, expenditure, and profit margin.
- Responsible for weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and updates to the management team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or business management
- Proven experience, preferably as a Strategic or business planning or data analyst
- Understanding of market research and data analysis
- Knowledge of business operations and procedures
- Demonstrable strategic thinking abilities
- Analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
- Organizational and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English
