Job Description
- Participates in implementing the organization’s quality plan under the supervision of the head of the quality department.
- Participate in ensuring implementation of policies & procedures.
- Participates in the education and training of the hospital staff on a quality program.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and development in developing the necessary plans.
- Performs other related duties as requested by the head of the quality department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in the healthcare field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in quality ( in hospitals )
- Excellent interpersonal communications and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent command of oral and written English.
- Computer skills.
