Job Description
- Monitor the implementation of marketing projects; prepares reports and makes recommendations to the immediate superior.
- Maintains and updates all files and communications related to assigned tasks.
- Set performance objectives, provide the necessary support, evaluate /appraise the outlets and regular feedback on performance
- Lead the development of sales-building plan
- Manage all LSM activities of outlets and coordinate with marketing and communication and operations
- Implement marketing mix strategies, campaign plans, programs and measures to support and grow the business.
- Work with other departments and third-party marketing companies to plan LSM activities, advertising and any special promotions.
- Manage audit and summarization of LSM reports and provide their analysis and recommendations on monthly basis
- Visit outlets and share feedback on a weekly basis
- Maintain up to date on competitor LSM activity and report and provide recommendations on areas of improvement
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Female is preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 years’ experience in a related field in QSR sector (Quick Service Restaurant)
