Job Description

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Research questions using available information resources
  • Advise user on appropriate action
  • Follow standard procedures for resolving database issues
  • Log all troubleshooting interactions
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource in case of not resolved
  • Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions
  • Stay current with system information, changes and updates
  • Perform hardware and software installations
  • Document all IT changes

Job Requirements

  • BC of Information Systems or Equivalent
  • 2 - 4 years of experience.
  • Males Only
  • Good English language
  • MCSE & MCITP Certified.
  • Administrating FTP Servers, VoIP and PBX.
  • familiar with CCTV systems.
  • Excellent Communication skills is a must.
  • Problem solver, creative and customer oriented.
  • October & Giza residents only.
