Job Description
- Responsible for interior and exterior finishes
- Receive the building and architectural paintings from the technical office and review the completion of the paintings
- Setting a timetable for the project in coordination with the Technical Office and updating it
- Prepare a daily report on palm on, equipment’s, workers, contractors and development on site
- Supervising and characterizing the contractor and ensuring receipt from him according to the specifications required by the consultant
- Coordination with the technical office in the inventory of contractors' work to produce extracts, even if the work still exists
- Refer to the Director of Engineering in any technical obstacles and delay in the timetable
- Coordinating with the technical office in terms of amendments and limiting them
- Make a weekly report and submit it to the Engineering Department
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience
- Experience from 8 to 10 years.
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Problem solving.
