Job Description
- Prepares shop/detail drawings and as built drawing
- Prepares MEP builders work & composite drawings
- Ensures and maintains quality for finished drawings
- Coordinates the ductwork with other trade i.e. structural, piping, and electrical & interior design
- Prepares duct layout from single line diagram conceptual sketches & Engineering instruction
- Develops plant room layout and sectional detail
- Basic knowledge of different HVACs equipment in term of function
- Prepares duct sizing from airflow data
- Conducts site verification as required
- Maintains and updates electronic and manual records of the company
- Secures all company documents at all times
- Recommends changes for improvement in the system, methods and procedures
- Prepares ducting estimate based on smacna
- Implements the ISO 9001 standard
- Abides with the company rules regulations
- Performs other related duties as maybe assign by the Superior
Job Requirements
- 5+ years MEP draftsman experience
- Extensive experience in MEP/ HVAC project execution company
- Proficiency in working on latest versions of AutoCAD/ Revit, MS suite and relevant design software
- Excellent skills in understanding requirements and drafting based on the same.
