Proactively seeks out new suppliers/materials, online search and international fairs and markets while simultaneously improving quality.
Meets regularly with suppliers and provides data driven feedback on supplier performance
Assists Sourcing leadership in data gathering and analysis, providing recommendations and research in purchasing decisions of key materials.
Coordinates efforts among Purchasing, Production, and suppliers to reduce material costs while ensuring quality.
Negotiate initial price and contract terms for assigned suppliers and add quotations on system.
Coordinate supplier receiving samples for design approval.
Initiate and manage components library and database and update it regularly.
Arrange to receive all suppliers’ legal documents.
Propose materials/suppliers to fulfill seasonal consolidated BOM
Assist production department to monitor schedule and delivery to report on supplier performance
Managing raw material submits and testing.
Sourcing factories over production in local and international markets and fairs.
Researching local & international fabrics markets.

Education : Bachelor’s degree in a related field(Textile Engineering) 2+ years of related work experience that provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the essential function of the job.
Experience: Ability to strategically think and problem solve from complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data
Knowledge: Excellent online researching Fabric trade fairs – Local / International
