Job Description

Job Summary (Job Purpose)

  • Branding & enhancing the company's image in front of our clients & promoting our services in addition to exposing new markets & fields.

Job Description

  • Communicating internally with the concerned departments such as: HR, Commercial, Operations, administration & externally with our clients.
  • Responsible for Preparations of our services in sort of meetings, events, & conferences.
  • Preparations for any new service launch event (plan, place, budget, reservations, selection and coordination etc.)
  • CSR activities ideas, execution and reporting
  • Clipping & monitoring Wasla and its competitors activities in the market
  • Managing all PR activities, reporting, and execution and planning within the allocated budget.
  • Submitting various PR monthly reports (PR scorecards, website analytics reports, and monthly PR and advertising activities reports).
  • Handling financial statements and monthly Marketing financial reports and cheques delivery to all suppliers and managing next month’s accruals within the allocated budget.
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales data.
  • Cooperate with our sister companies in shared tasks and responsibilities close to the main JD

Job Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Marketing & PR ( at least 2 years managerial )
  • Leadership skills
  • Max age 35
  • Excellent English
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • A good knowledge of marketing techniques and their application including development of campaigns from inception to delivery
  • Market research experience related to service development and route to market activity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with a range of audiences from across a number of disciplines
  • Ability to utilize social media and web applications to support market activity and corporate image
  • Able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments, members and partners
