As a Content Writer Specialist, you will be responsible of producing high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our services. You will join a team of talented Marketing Team who work collaboratively with SEO specialist, Designers, Marketing manager, and usability experts to make our Services easier to reach the potential clients by putting Keywords, tags. You will also engage in other technical resources in EMEA regional and World Wide Divisional resources.
Job Responsibilities
- Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- Produce high-quality documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience.
- Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements.
- Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides
- Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of applications
- Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
- Create and maintain the information architecture
Job Requirements
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
- Ability to deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail
- Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
- Excellent English written skills.
- Source and recruit Technical Writers with Worktable’s Boolean search cheat sheets.
Basic Qualifications
- Fluent in English language.
- Strong understanding of how to handle Keywords and tags in creative articles.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability of how to get the right content out there.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Strong SEO analytical skills.
