Job Description
- Responsible for selling National of care registration (NCR) “Aloha” software and hardware products and the store pro products
- Deal with the customer and follow up for customer’s feedback.
- Looking for new customer to add to the database through (survey, internet, social media, yellow pages, and a new food court) and record it as a lead on the customer relationship management system (CRM).
- Analysis for customers if they are going to deal or not according to qualification and interest.
- Show benefits of the application’s features for the customer for support systems.
- Analyze of the customer’s needs upon their requirements
- Handle all the quotation calculations according to customer requirements or need analysis.
- Contact the customer to know reasons of rejection to take his point of view in consideration.
- Follow up with customers that needs time to take the deal.
- Follow up with the finance, GP manger and CRM team leader to create new customer.
- Handle sales order with logistics to deliver the order to the customer.
- Responsible for getting new leads and meeting new customers
- Handle all the presentation process for the Aloha products
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
- Has hospitality sales experience
- Car is a plus.
- Hard worker
- Excellent communication skills
