About the Job
  • Responsible for selling National of care registration (NCR) “Aloha” software and hardware products and the store pro products
  • Deal with the customer and follow up for customer’s feedback.
  • Looking for new customer to add to the database through (survey, internet, social media, yellow pages, and a new food court) and record it as a lead on the customer relationship management system (CRM).
  • Analysis for customers if they are going to deal or not according to qualification and interest.
  • Show benefits of the application’s features for the customer for support systems.
  • Analyze of the customer’s needs upon their requirements
  • Handle all the quotation calculations according to customer requirements or need analysis.
  • Contact the customer to know reasons of rejection to take his point of view in consideration.
  • Follow up with customers that needs time to take the deal.
  • Follow up with the finance, GP manger and CRM team leader to create new customer.
  • Handle sales order with logistics to deliver the order to the customer.
  • Responsible for getting new leads and meeting new customers
  • Handle all the presentation process for the Aloha products
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent
  • Has hospitality sales experience
  • Car is a plus.
  • Hard worker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Time management
