Job Description
- Researches, anticipates & guards company against legal risks.
- Carries on the required legal investigations and take whatever procedures, recommendations, or decisions according to the labor law and the company's policy and regulations.
- Represents the company legally in courts and police stations.
- Determines appropriate legal terms & conditions for contracts and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provides legal advise to the management
- Responsible for renewal of company legal documents & licenses.
- Responsible for dealing with the governmental institutions to finalize all the needed legal documents.
- Responsible for examining, explaining, negotiating, and revising contracts of all company projects with the clients.
- Handles the contracts procedures with the concerned parties.
Job Requirements
- Licentiate of law from reputable university.
- From 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience at construction companies is advantageous.
- Solid Experience in legal court and disputes is a must.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
