Job Description
- Oversee day to day operations of the organisation
- Supervise all branches for maintenance, attendance and employee statuses daily
- CRM supervision over CRM supervisors and sales objectives
- Oversee Planning and sales fulfillment of organisation
- Handle complaints of customers through CRM and daily client follow up
- Ensure policies and procedures of institution are put in place accurately in place
Job Requirements
- Minimum 7 years experience
- Excellent English and Arabic
- Good knowledge of technology, social media and digital tools
- Previous experience in Team management and planning
