Job Description
- Translates concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.
- Facilitates client’s product visions by researching, conceiving, wireframing, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up user experiences for digital products.
- Designs and delivers wireframes and mockups optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
- Identifies design problems and devise elegant solutions.
- Makes strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new functions and features.
- Takes a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs.
- Collaborates with other team members and stakeholders.
- Takes smart risks and champion new ideas.
- Adds to engineering team’s culture of high code quality
- Implements tasks following functional specifications
- Participates in the estimation of new features and components
Job Requirements
- Good UX design experience
- Experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows and process flows
- Very Good visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Good in UX software such as InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq, and Quartz Composer
- Very Good in Photoshop, Illustrator, or other visual design and wire-framing tools
- HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping
- Very Good in presenting designs to various stakeholders
- Can working with clients to understand detailed requirements and design complete user experiences that meet client needs and vision
- Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
- Extensive experience in using UX design best practices to design solutions, and a deep understanding of mobile-first and responsive design
- Solid grasp of user-centered design and testing methodologies, subsystems, and usability and accessibility concerns
- Ability to iterate designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently
- Very Good understanding of UX processes
- Very Good understand of Agile concepts & Tailoring
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients
